  • Difficulty Sleeping

  • Hopelessness

  • Worry

  • Difficulty in Relationships

What Happens in Therapy?

Psychotherapy is a collaborative effort between you and your psychologist. You can expect a supportive environment where you can talk openly and confidentially to a trained, licensed professional in order to work through your problems. The goals are different for each individual, but most commonly we want to restore a sense of hope and help you regain balance in your life. By guiding you to gain insight into your issue, we hope to create lasting, positive change.
